We are a global unified communications company specializing in mediation between voice and IT infrastructure.  Recently described by a NYSE analyst as ‘the de facto way to voice-enable Microsoft Teams’ we punch well above our weight.

Our core product is Call2Teams – a Microsoft-approved middleware product that seamlessly connects any business phone system or SIP Trunk provider to Microsoft Teams. Call2Teams is a cloud-native, enterprise-grade, and high-availability mediation platform that operates multi-tenant infrastructure in 4 continents across 12 Azure regions. We were founded in the UK in 2017 and have recently joined the DSNTY group. The business has seen hyper-growth in the last two years and has a product roadmap that will see this high growth continue. We are a fully remote team with employees in the UK, Europe, and the US.

THE ROLE

As Digital Marketer you will have a key role in the business; ensuring that our marketing runs smoothly and is optimized for reach and engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our CRM data; monitoring and improving our web performance, PPC campaigns, maintaining marketing metrics, monitoring competitor and marketplace activity; as well as managing our social media. This is a varied role that presents a great opportunity to get involved in developing and managing our Martech stack, as well as steering our social media strategy.

You will:

You will be excited by a Digital marketing role where you can roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. You will be comfortable with implementing new and improving existing tooling, with a keen eye for improvements and efficiencies. You enjoy generating meaningful outputs, whether that be valuable data insights, supporting colleagues with tactical campaigns, or creating social posts that pop. A team player and fast learner, you will be highly organized, and managing a varied workload, with differing priorities will not faze you. You will have a love for Digital tools, strong written English, a creative eye, as well as the ability to manipulate data. You will be ready to take ownership of your work but will not be afraid to ask for support when needed.

Key activities include:

  • You will understand the importance of good CRM database sales and marketing administration, taking ownership of how we manage and improve our data
    • With a desire to drive data quality and maintain the cleanliness of our contact data
    • Be active in championing how we adhere to GDPR and data legislation
    • Skilled at building marketing lists that support specific campaign objectives
    • A curiosity for identifying processes that bring efficiencies to how we use our CRM
  • You will be responsible for actioning updates and maintenance to our websites, and you will not be afraid to contribute ideas that will raise the standard of our websites
    • Take responsibility for our web forms and promptly process any general inquiries
    • Ensure our web resources and the documents hosted on Partner Toolkit are current
    • Add listings to our ‘Find a partner’ page and be the point of contact for partner toolkit registrations
    • Take the lead in SEO tasks, identifying keywords and long tail search, assisting with optimizing for on-page SEO, as well as feeding in keyword ideas to content creation
    • Be keen to monitor and report on website analytics – using this to inform and improve the performance of our websites
  • You will take responsibility for creating and maintaining reports on all Marketing metrics
    • A keen interest in delivering Marketing metrics reports, understanding how they demonstrate the impact marketing is having
    • A curiosity about the marketplace and a willingness to conduct desk research to keep colleagues informed of market dynamics and competitors
    • An interest in reporting on all marketing channels, social, our websites and Partner Toolkit, as well as the performance of our PPC, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
    • A willingness to use your learnings, sighting areas for improvement, and contribute to always driving our marketing strategy forward
  • You will manage our social channels, monitoring and improving engagement and contributing to the strategy
    • Develop and manage a social schedule on our LinkedIn and Twitter accounts
    • Be confident in creating post copy, images, videos and GIFs as needed within brand guidelines
    • Provide metrics and updates on progress, showing the impact being made
    • Contribute ideas toward future social strategy development
  • You will support any tactical campaigns by managing the PPC element as required
    • To support our organic search, you will manage PPC advertising to drive quality traffic to our websites
    • To support our campaigns and our sales team you will manage LinkedIn Campaigns for lead generation
    • An understanding and interest in creating A/B tested landing pages
    • Build and maintain email workflows, with guidance from the Marketing Manager, to support the onboarding of partners

Skills and experiences that will help you succeed:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to get involved, to join a fast-paced scale-up where there are plenty of opportunities to develop your marketing experience.

  • 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how to create meaningful reports
  • Exceptional CRM database sales and marketing knowledge.
  • A good understanding of Google Analytics/Google Search Console
  • A good understanding of WordPress
  • A good understanding of Social Media Marketing in particular LinkedIn
  • Strong written English and an eye for good design
  • Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (much of our collateral is in ppt).
  • Ability to multitask and support other team members on multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote working environment
  • Problem-solving – you will have the ability to work out how to get things done even if there’s no clear or established process.
  • Good work ethic, transparency, accountability – you’ll take ownership of the tasks you are managing and really drive delivery. From the outset, you’ll inspire trust and confidence from all those around you.
  • Planning and organizing – you’ll be a natural planner who’s highly organized and who uses a variety of tools and techniques to make sure that things don’t fall between gaps.
  • Telecom sector experience an advantage, but not essential
  • Collaboration, communication and influencing – you’ll be highly skilled at working with a variety of stakeholders to ensure things get done to time, cost and quality.

  • Preference for working in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment.
  • Love for, and curiosity about, new technologies and methodologies and how they shape the world.
  • Experience of working in a startup or scale-up with an understanding that everyone needs to roll their sleeves up and get involved.
